What people are saying
“The First 3 Weeks course helped me build the foundation with my students and made me feel successful and excited to teach. When you are hired as a teacher, you are basically given the keys to a classroom and told ‘Good luck!’ I didn’t know what questions to ask because this was so new to me. This course was my guide and mentor those first stressful weeks. “

While serving as a Lead Teacher, I was a mentor to multiple teachers and eventually became an Instructional Coach for a K-12 school. I have always loved teaching students and teaching teachers and staff. Because I did not follow the usual path to teaching, I was able to create highly engaging content for my students and learned how to share these strategies with other teachers and staff. Lessons, strategies, and systems had to be engaging, effective, consistent, and time-efficient. I love seeing students have that AHA! moment when they understand a concept and when teachers have that AHA! moment when they connect with their students. The best result is when students and teachers feel their classroom is a learning sanctuary where they can feel safe, respected, and appreciated.
