About Me

My name is Tiffany Lo and I have been working in education since 2008.

I did not follow the usual path to teaching. My love for teaching began when I started teaching surf lessons while managing a local surf shop. My best friend and surf buddy recommended I try teaching because she saw how well I connected with kids. In 2008, I started substitute teaching and fell in love with the field, earned my Professional Teaching Certificate and then earned my Master’s in Educational Leadership, M. Ed., from the University of Florida.

When I am not teaching or advising, I am surfing, taking my 5 dachshunds on trails, Crossfitting, gardening, and finding new ways to make better habitats for all of my pets and local wildlife: turtles, tortoise, fish, snails, shrimp, frogs, bees, and more.
